My mission is to help individuals and their loved ones get "unstuck". Whether the issue is depression, anxiety, a struggling relationship, or stress, finding the right tools can give you traction to move your life forward. My main theoretical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help my clients become more mindful, learn greater acceptance of their thoughts and feelings, and take committed action to realize their values.
